1 cup | pasta sauce |
1 | zucchini |
4 oz | mushrooms |
1/2 can | olives |
8 | sun-dried tomatoes |
1/2 | onion |
1/2 | green pepper |
1 cup | italian sausage, (optional) |
8 oz | mozarella cheese |
Preheat oven with baking stone at 400F.
Cook sausage.
Form crust from bread dough & place on pizza peel with corn meal on it.
Chop veggies in the food processor.
Coat dough with pasta sauce. (Save extra pasta sauce for a dip.)
Load pizza with veggies & sausage.
Shred the cheese with the food processor.
Spread cheese over pizza.
Bake about 12 minutes (check).
