Spicy pineapple sauce

2	pineapples
3/4 c.	Rice vinegar
2	chopped green onions
3 sprigs	cilantro
Zest of one	lemon
	lime
2 tsp.	Minced garlic
2 tsp.	Minced Ginger
1/2 c.	Sugar
1 Tbsp.	Sweet chili sauce

Dice and reserve half the fruit, Heat all ingredients, strain and add the reserved fruit.
