    3/4 cup(s)  brown sugar
    1  egg
    1/2 cup(s)  yogurt
      buttermilk, alternative
    1/2 tsp  baking soda
    1 cup(s)  flour
    3/4 cup(s)  rhubarb
    1/2 tsp  vanilla
    1/2 cup(s)  brown sugar
    1 tsp  cinnamon
    1 tbsp  butter
    1/2 cup(s)  walnuts

Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg -mix well. Combine yogurt and baking
soda. Add with flour .Beat well.Stir in rhubarb and vanilla. 8 in square
pan. Sprinkle with topping. Cook 350 for 35 40 min
