    5 oz  tin of crabmeat
    1 cloves  shredded swiss cheese
    1/4 cup(s)  shallots
    2  beaten eggs
    1/2 cup(s)  milk
    1/2 cup(s)  light cream
    1/4 tsp  grated lemon peel
    1/4 cup(s)  flaked almonds

flake meat. Sprinkle cheese on bottom of pastry shell and top with crab
and shallots. Mix beaten eggs with milk, cream, salt, and lemon peel and
pour over crab. Add almonds. Bake at 325 for 45 min.
