    1 lb  fresh or frozen cod
    1/3 cup(s)  plain yogurt
    2 tsp  prepared mustard
    2 tsp  onion, finely chopped
    2 tbsp  dill weed
    1 qt  mayonnaise
    2 tbsp  parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup(s)  cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 450. Cod in greased glass dish. Combine yogurt, mustard,
      onion, dill, and mayo. Salt and pepper the fish and spread yogurt mix

over. Bake 10-12 min. per inch. Sprinkle fish with cheeses and paprika.
Broil 1 min. Serve with lemon wedges.
