Broccoli with garlic and hot peppers

2 large | broccoli heads, about |

1/4 cup(s) | crushed red pepper flakes |
3 cloves | garlic |
1/4 cup(s) | olive oil |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1 | lime, cut into 6 slices |
Put broc in cold salted water, put over high heat and cover. When water
comes to a boil, remove. Cut into small pieces, including stalk.
(peeled). In skillet, heat pepper and garlic in oil. When sizzling, add
broccoli. Stir fry quickly. Add salt and 1 tbsp. of water, lower heat,
cover, and cook for 10 min or so. Serve with lime wedges.
