1 bag | herbed salad from TJ's, (I use butter lettuce because Tracy doesn't like the other) |
1 can | Garbanzo beans, drained |
1 cup | glazed walnuts |
sliced red onion | |
1/2 cup | feta cheese, (I get the fat free at TJ's) |
Cherry tomatoes | |
Sliced chicken breast, (sometimes I just do the salad without the chicken) |
TJ's Balsamic Vinegrette
Mix all together and add dressing. Not to much. It's pretty strong so taste and add more if you want, plus salt and pepper.
To glaze walnuts, just put about 1/2 cup sugar in a small frying pan. Heat until the sugar starts to melt. Careful not to burn it. Add walnuts and smother in sugary syrup. Remove from heat once walnuts are coated and sugar is melted. Cool and break up and throw into
