1-2 tablespoons | olive oil |

1-2 | garlic cloves, minced (optional) |

Directions
1. Toss broccoli florets with a little olive oil, salt and pepper (and some chopped garlic or red pepper flakes if you like).
2. Roast in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until slightly crisped and browned.
