ELLEN's MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE Recipe origin: Freda Ellen (nee Gruner) Norris (from C&H Recipe) modified
    6 Ounces  Milk Chocolate Chips
    1 Pound  C&H Pure Cane Powdered Sugar, (3.75 cups)
    1/3 Cup  Milk, evaporated (2.66 ounces)
    1 Teaspoon  Vanilla
    1/4 Teaspoon  Salt
    1/4 Cup  Butter, (1/2 stick) softened
    1 Cup  Nuts, coarsely chopped
    Chop  Nuts

Soften Butter.
In top of double boiler over simmering water or mircowave,
melt chocolate.
Beat in Sugar, Evaporated Milk, Vanilla, Salt, and Butter.
Stir in Nuts.
Press into lightly buttered 8-inch square baking dish.
Chill to set.
Cut into squares.
Yield: Two pounds.
