| 2 T. | lemon juice, divided |
| 1/4 t. | salt |
| 1/4 t. | black pepper |
| 1 pkg. (4 oz.) | ATHENOS feta cheese, crumbled |
| 1/4 cup | red pepper |
| 1/4 cup | diced fresh parsley |
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken in 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
2. Drizzle with 1 T. of lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Top with feta
