6 | apples, cored, cut into halves |
2 Tb. | brown sugar |
1 1/2 tsp. | cinnamon |
2 Tb. | chopped pecans |
2 | unbaked 9" pie shells, cut into 12 wedges |
2 c. | sugar |
1 c. | water |
Place apple half, brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans on each pastry wedge; seal. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. Bring sugar and water to a boil in saucepan; pour over dumplings. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
