Cheese green pea and sweet potato pie

| Cheese green pea and sweet potato pie | |
| 3 cups | cooked diced peeled sweet potato |
| 1 cup | frozen peas |
| 1/2 cup | chopped green onions |
| 6 large | eggs beaten, add some spices to egg mixture |
| Grated cheese to taste | |
Gently combine potatoes peas onions in 10 inch pie plate (I use glass). Pour eggs over mixture. Add cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6
