Pan Fried Fish with Lemon Caper Sauce

1 large or two small | fish fillets |
2 tbsp | canola oil |
3 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | capers,, (or more) |
1 | lemon, juiced |
Heat a heavy pan over medium heat.
Season fish with salt and pepper. Add oil immediately followed by 1 tbsp of butter. Once melted, place fish in pan. Cook until browner and flip. Finish the fish. Remove to a warm plate. Pour out the cooking fat, add remaining butter and quickly fry the capers. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Pour over the fish. Enjoy!
