1 cup | canola oil |
2 teaspoons | vanilla |
1 cup | sour cream |
Directions
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thickened and light color, about 2 minutes. On low speed, mix in the oil and vanilla until blended. Mix in sour cream until incorporated. Mix in the flour mixture until smooth.
