| 1 cup | organic sugar |
| 1/4 cup | cocoa |
| 1/2 teaspoon | salt |
| 1tsp | baking soda |
| 1 tbs | vinegar |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 cup | water |
| 1/2 cup plus 2 tbs | oil |
Preheat 350
Mix first five dry ingredients sifted.
Mix all wet ingredients together add to dry mix well. Divided evenly between 12 cupcakes bake 18-20 mins. Frost with desired frosting
