    2 cups  cubed ham
    1 lb  pasta, bowties work well
    1  Onion, large, diced and sauteed
    2 tablespoons  butter
    2 cans  cream of soup, 1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of brocoli
    1 soup can  milk, about 1 1/4 cups
    1 bag  frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cups  Cheddar cheese
    1 teaspoon  Cayenne Pepper, sprinkle to taste
      Salt & Pepper, to taste

Cook pasta according to package.

Meanwhile sautee onions in butter about 5 to 10 minutes,
add frozen vegetables and ham continue to sautee another 5 minutes
add canned soups and milk until well blended
add most of the cheese until melted
add cayenne pepper and salt and pepper to taste .
add pasta
Place this mixture into a casserole pan and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and everything is hot (approximately 15 to 30 minutes)
