Cut chicken into small pieces. Sauté in oil and place aside.
Add curry to the same pan and cook in oil for a few minutes , stirring well. Add onion and stir constantly. Add chicken. Let stand 2 mins and add coconut milk. Cook on medium heat for 30 mins, stirring every 5 mins.
