1 cup | honey |
3 cups | m |
3 cups | McCains quick oats |
1 scoop protein powder
Combine pb and honey in a large non stick skillet
Warm over low heat until mixed
Mix in oatmeal and protein powder
Press in 9x9 pan
Let cool
Cut into squares
