| 'Neiman Marcus' Chocolate Chip Cookies | |
| 2 c. | butter |
| 1/2 tsp. | salt |
| 1 c. | sugar |
| 2 c. | all-purpose flour |
| 1 c. | brown sugar |
| 2 c. | oat flour |
| 2 | egg |
| 12 oz. | semisweet chocolate |
| 1 tsp. | baking powder |
| 4 oz. | sweet chocolate |
| 1 tsp. | baking soda |
| 1 1/2 c. | nuts |
| 1 1/2 tsp. | vanilla extract |
Cream butter and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients and add to butter mixture.
Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate, and nuts.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.
