    1 bottle  Alexander Keith's India Pale Ale Beer
    1/2 cup  Butter
    1 tbsp  Hot red pepper flakes
    2 tbsp  Lemon juice
    1 tbsp  Whole black peppercorns
    1/4 tsp  Cayenne pepper
    2  bay leaves
    2lbs  Raw shrimp, shelled, with tails on
      lemon wedges

Combine Alexander Keith’s India Pale Ale beer, pepper flakes, peppercorns, bay leaves, lemon juice and cayenne pepper in a re-sealable plastic bag. Add shrimp, close bag and marinate 2-4 hours in the refrigerator. Remove shrimp and set aside marinade. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill over hot coals 4-6 minutes per side brushing often with reserved marinade. Serve and enjoy with cocktail-sauce and lemon wedges. Serves 6.
