    1 lb  Lump Crab meat
Wasabi Sauce Mayonaise - Enough for right consistency
      Red Bell Pepper, (1/2 of one)
    3  scallion, (onions)
      Old Bay Seasoning, (1/2 tsp)
      Cayenne Pepper, (a pinch)
      Salt
      Pepper
      Bread crumbs
      Dijon Mustard, (2 tsps)
    1 stalk  celery chopped
    1  egg, (beaten)

Mix all ingredients together and form into small patties. Fry on medium heat 3 minutes per side. Serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
