Combine:
    2 tbs  flax seed meal
    1 tbs  toasted sesame seeds
    1 tbs  Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp  McCormick's All Purpose Seasoning
    2 tbs  water



Make mounds on parchment paper using 1/2 teaspoon, teaspoon or tablespoon depending on size cracker you want. Flatten the mounds. You can even make one huge cracker and then break it up into irregular sized pieces.

Microwave 2 to 2 1/2 minutes on high. Take out at the first sight of dark brown and allow to cool.
