2 tbs | flax seed meal |
1 tbs | toasted sesame seeds |
1 tbs | Parmesan cheese |
1/2 tsp | McCormick's All Purpose Seasoning |
2 tbs | water |
Make mounds on parchment paper using 1/2 teaspoon, teaspoon or tablespoon depending on size cracker you want. Flatten the mounds. You can even make one huge cracker and then break it up into irregular sized pieces.
Microwave 2 to 2 1/2 minutes on high. Take out at the first sight of dark brown and allow to cool.
