Rice Stuffing, Healthy Heart Cookbook Ingredients:
    2 tablespoons  unsalted margarine
    2 small  onions
2 small apples – cored, peeled and minced
    4 cups  cooked rice
    1 teaspoon  sage
    1 teaspoon  thyme
    2/3 cup  vermouth
    Dash  black pepper

Melt margarine in pan, add onions and apples and cook for 5-8 minutes stirring occasionally. Combine with rice, sage, thyme, vermouth and pepper in bowl. Stuff the turkey. Add layer of water to the bottom of the pan. Cook based on turkey weight or instructions.
