| 1 lb | Cheddar Cheese Shredded |
| 1 lb | Monterey Jack Shredded |
| 3/4 cup | Sliced Jalopenos |
| 1 cup | Flour |
| 1 cup | Evaporated Milk |
| 2 | Eggs |
Combine cheeses in bottom of 12x8x2 glass baking dish. Spread Jalopenos evenly over cheese mixture. In a separate bowl combine flour, milk, eggs and mix well. Pour mixture over cheese and Jalopenos . Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into 40 squares.
