| 1 lb. | Ground beef |
| 1 lb. | Sage flavored sausage |
| 2 | eggs |
| 3/4 c | Italian seasoned bread crumbs |
| 3/4 c | milk |
| 1/4 c | chopped onion |
| 2 Tbsp | Parsley |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | sage |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| 1/2 c | catsup |
| 2 Tbsp | brown sugar |
| 1 tsp | dried mustard |
Combine ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs and peeper. Beat eggs separately: add milk, onions, parsley, salt and sage. Combine meat mixture. Form into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.
Mix catsup, brown sugar and mustard separately.
Drain fat, spread sauce over top. Cook for another 10 minutes. Let stand for 20 minutes before slicing.
