Ingredients: Crust:
    2 Cups  Graham Cracker Crumbs
    1 Teaspoon  Nutmeg
    2 Tablespoon  Sugar
    1 Stick  Butter
Sweet Potato Cheese Cake:
    1/2 Cup  French Vanilla Creamer
    4 Packs  Cream Cheese
    1/2 Teaspoon  Nutmeg
    1 Tablespoon  Cinnamon
    29 oz  Can Sweet Potato Pie Filling
    3  Eggs
    1 Cup  Sour Cream
    1 Tablespoon  Vanilla Extract
1 & 1/3 Cup Sugar
    2 Tablespoons  Flour
    1/2 Tablespoon  Lemon Extract

Crust Directions:

Combine Graham Cracker with butter, sugar, and nutmeg. Add mix to your spring load pan. Use your fingers to press the mix down into your pan. After you are done place the pan in the freezer until you are done making the cheese cake mix.

Cheese Cake Mix Directions:

Add cheese, sugar, sour cream, and flour to a large mixing bowl.
Mix this together until creamy.
Next add lemon extract, vanilla extract, creamer, and eggs.
Mix until well blinded.
Add Sweet Potato's, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the blind.
Mix for about 2 minutes

Pour mix into pan and bake on 365 for 55min then cool on contour for 1 hour. Place it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
