    1.25 cups  oats
    1.25 cups  skim milk
    1 large  egg
    1 T  canola oil
    1 cup  whole wheat flour
    1 t  low sodium baking powder

Mix oats with milk, let stand 5 mins. Add egg and oil then mix. Add dry ingredients. Cook until golden.
