Roni's Pastry
    2 sticks  sweet margarine
    2 ½ cups  flour
    1 cup  sour cream
    1 cup  sugar
    3 teaspoons  cinnamon
Apricot preserves
    1 cup  chopped walnuts
    1 cup  raisins
Preheat oven to 350. Cut margarine into flour. Add sour cream, kneading together and eventually divide large ball into 4 sections. Wrap & freeze for one hour. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on cutting board. Roll each section into triangle shape as thin as possible. Spread preserves, chopped nuts, raisins. Roll. Sprinkle more sugar and
      cinnamon

Repeat three more times.
Bake one hour.

Slice when still warm.
