1c | butter, softened |
1/2c | powdered sugar |
2 1/4c | flour, sifted |
3/4c | walnuts, finely chopped |
1t | vanilla |
1/2t | salt |
xtra powdered sugar |
Perheat oven to 375ºf. Mix all ingredients (except xtra powdered sugar) together and chill in the refridgerator over night. Roll into 1" balls placed 2 1/2 " apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes until set but NOT brown. If using stone bake for 11min. While still warm roll in xtra powdered sugar. Let cool and roll again.
Hint; Use tupperware melon baller lined with saran wrap to form balls.
