    85 grams  white chocolate., 3 oz.
    2 tbsp +1/2 tsp  warm milk
    1  egg white
    few drops  lemon juice
pinchs salt
    1/2 cup(s)  whipping cream, whipped
    1 cup(s)  fresh or frozen raspberries
    1 1/2 tsp  water
    2 tbsp  sugar
    1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp  light rum
Melt choc. and add warm milk. Cool. Fold in egg whites. Then fold in whipped (stiff) cream - and lemon jce. For sauce, bring rasp and water to a boil. Remove from heat and put in blender. Add the sugar, juice and
      rum, and blend until smooth. Strain thru a sieve and chill
