    2 lb  chix meat
    3 oz  butter
    3/4 cloves  flour
    1 pint  milk
    1 pint  chix broth
    1  lemon juice
some gherkins
    3 tbsp  mayo
    3/4 cup(s)  tasty cheese
    1 cup(s)  breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp  melted butter
    4 oz  almonds
Melt butter, add flour salt and pepper. Cook. Add milk and stock to thickened. Add lemon jiuce, mayo, gherkins, cheese and chix. Pour into greased casserole. and top with buttered crumbs. Place in a moderate oven about 400 to heat through and brown the crumbs. Serve with topping
