1/2 stick | softened butter |
1-8 oz. package | Mascarpone cheese |
1-8 oz. carton | heavy cream |
1 cup | shredded Parmesan, Asaigo, and Romano cheese blend |
Garlic | |
Pinch | ground nutmeg |
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Once butter has melted then add the mascarpone cheese. After everything has melted then add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Once the Parmesan cheese has melted in it will make the sauce thicker. Stir in the nutmeg.
