2 tsp | cinnamon |
4 oz | cream cheese |

Beat eggs to light. Add sugar and beatwell. Slowly add oil and beat
until well blended. Stir in vanilla, carrots, coc, and walnuts. Sift dry
ing. together. Add to mixture. Use 13x9 pan.and bake at 350 for 45 -60
min. Blend together the cream cheese and butter. Beat in the icing
sugar. Cool cake and frost. Keeps very well in frig.
