Homemade Mexican Hot Sauce

1 can | Tomatoes, Diced (14 oz) |
1 cup | onion, (chopped) |
1 can | Mexican Tomato Sauce (7.75 oz) |
1 clove | Garlilc, Minced |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
1/2 tsp | ground cumin |
1 tsp | oregano, (Mexican) |
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer over low heat until the flavors blend and the onion softens (~20 minutes)
Serve over Mexican Meat Loaf (See accompanying recipe)
