Beans with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, and pecans.

1/2 cup(s) | sun dried tomatoes |
1 lb | beans |
1/4 lb | mushies |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | butter |
Oven at 400. Roast pecans for 4 min. Boil cup of water in smallpan and
add tomatoes, cook for 30 secs. Remove from heat and let sit for 2 min.
Drain and cut tomatoes. Trim and french cut the beans. Boil uncovered
about 5 min. to crisp tender. Clean and slice mush and saute in oil.
Add toms, beans and butter to pan. Cook and toss. Season. Add pecans.
