Karen's Drop-and-bake Lace

4 T (1/2) | stick |
1/4 cup | sugar |
1/4 cup | brown sugar |
2 T | heavy cream |
1/3 cup | finely chopped pecans |
1/4 cup | flour |
1/4 tsp | kosher salt |
Heat oven to 350•
In saucepan, combine butter, sugars and cream and bring to boil. Stir 1 min. Remove from heat and stir in pecans, flour and salt.
Drop level tsp onto parchment sheets. 4" apart!
Rewarm if cooling.
Bake 8-10ins. Cool 5 mins..
