Broiled Sole

1/2 small | onion |
1 tbsp | oil |
3/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | black pepper |
2 tsp | lemon juice |

Cop onion. Heat oil until hot. Cook onion, salt and pepper stirring frequently; stir in lemon juice. Remove from heat.
Brush each filet with lemon mixture. Broil until golden (about 5 mins). Don't turn fish.
