Breaded Porkchops

| 6 pork loins | |
| 1/2 cup | dried bread crumbs |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tbsp | black pepper 1 large egg |
| 2 tbsp | milk |
| Oil | |
Mix breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Beat egg and milk with a fork. Dip chops into milk mixture, then bread both sides.
put 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet and cook pork chops over medium-high heat. Turn once and cook until golden brown. (8-10 mins)
