New England clam chowder

1/2 cup | scallions |
1 pt | heavy cream |
1 pt | light cream |
4 to 5 | potatoes |
1/2 stick | butter |
1/2 lb | mushrooms |
1/4 cup | wine, (optional) |
2 tbsp | flour |
Clams in a jar or fresh
Sauté scallion and mushrooms with butter.
Add 2 tbsp flour.
Slowly add cream and milk.
Add cooked crumbled bacon.
Add cubes small potatoes.
Bring to a boil and simmer for an hour.
