Macaroni and Cheese

1 1/2 cups | elbow macaroni |
3 tablespoons | butter |
2 tablespoons | flour |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
Dash | pepper |
2 cups | milk |
1/2 teaspoon | onion powder |
4 ounces | cheddar cheese |
4 ounces | Colby cheese |
In a saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add onion powder and cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
Mix cheese sauce with macaroni and put in greased casserole. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes.
