Zucchini bread ( mom)

| 1 c | veg oil |
| 1 tbs | vanilla |
| 3 c | shredded zucchini |
| 3 c | floor |
| 1/4 tsp | baking power |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| Ginger | |
| cloves | |
| 1 c | chopped nuts |
Beat eggs,add sugar,oil and vanilla. Mix well, stir in zucchini. Add flour sifted w/baking power,soda and spices until smooth. Fold in nuts, bake in 350 degree oven about 1hr
Makes 2 loaves.
