1 cup (150g) | plain flour |
1 | egg |
11/4 cups (310ml) | milk |
1) Sift flour into medium bowl; gradually whisk in combined egg & milk until smooth. Cover; stand 30mins. Transfer to medium jug.
2) Heat lightly oiled non-stick 14cm frying or pancake pan. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter into pan; swirl to coat base of pan. Cook pancake, uncovered, until browned lightly. Repeat with remaining batter.
3) Serve pancakes plain or with a squeeze of lemon juice & a little sugar for the rest of the family.
