Zucchini Bread

| 1 c | vegetable oil |
| 1 tbsp. | Vanilla |
| 3 cups | shredded zucchini |
| 3 c | flour |
| 1/4 tsp. | Baking powder |
| 1 tsp. | Baking soda |
| Salt | |
| 1 tsp. | Cinnamon |
| 1 tsp. | Ginger |
| 1 tsp. | Cloves |
| Chopped nuts |
Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir in zucchini. Add flour sifted with baking soda, powder and spices. Fold in nuts.
Bake 350 for 1 hour.
