Garam masala – jeera, cardamom, tej patta, kali ilaichi, javitri, cinnamon Garam masala powder | |

2 cups | basmati rice |
Kewra | |
.5 cup | milk warmed |

Cilantro
Warm milk. Add color. Mix. Add saffron. Few drops of Kewra. Mix.
Put in wok oil. Add garam masala whole. Add water. Add salt. Once water boils Add rice. Take the rice out when half cooked. Drain the water.
Add oil to wok. Add chopped onions. Fry. Add spices and salt. Add ginger garlic paste. Add chicken. Mix. Mix tomatoe with ytoghurt. Add tablespn by tblspn yoghar tomato mix. Cover up for 18 mins. Add garam masala powder.
Assemble biryani.
Half rice at bottom. Sprinkel milk. Layer with tomato brown onion. Green chilly. Lemon. Cilantro. Add chicken. Add rice. Add milk. Tomato. Green chilli. Mint. Lemon. Fried onion. Cilantro.
Cover bowl with clean film. Put in microwave for 5 mins. Stir. Keep again for 3 mins.
