Creole Porkchops

    6-8  pork chops
    2 Tbs.  Oil
    1 c.  Catsup
    1 tsp.  Dry Mustard
    2 T  Brown Sugar
      Salt
      Pepper

Trim fat off pork chops. Brown pork chops in oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
