Cranberry Nut Bread

1 c | raw cranberries |
2 c | flour |
1 c | sugar |
1 1/2 t | baking powder |
1/2 t | salt |
1/2 t | soda |
Grated rind from 1 orange | |
3/4 c | orange juice |
2 T | butter |
1 | egg, beaten |
1 c | chopped nuts |
Cut cranberries in half.
Sift dry ingredients together. Add orange juice, rind, butter, egg and dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries and nuts.
Put in prepared bread loaf pan. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
