1 c | sugar |
300 ml | cream, whipped |
3 c | mixed fresh fruit |
Preheat oven to low 225
Cover coookie sheet with wax paperer. Draw circle from dinnere plate on wax paper.
Beat egg whites on high until soft peaks form. Add sugar, 1 T at a time. Spoon meringue on prepared cookie sheet. Level it off on top. Build sides up a bit so fruit will lay in middle.
Bake, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours. Turn oven off, open oven door, and leave ajar.
