Caesar Salad Dressing

| 2-3 | garlic cloves |
| 1/2 c. | oil |
| 3/4 tsp. | salt |
| 1/4 tsp. | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 tbsp. | lemon juice |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 tsp. | dry mustard |
| 1/4 c. | Parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 tsp. | black pepper |
| Croutons |
Blend garlic and oil in blender. Add remaining ingredients, blend well. Pour over lettuce and add croutons just prior to serving.
