Orange Chicken

| 1/4 cup | Asian sesame dressing |
| 2 tbsp | soy sauce |
| 2 tbsp | sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | crushed red pepper |
| 1 lb | boneless skinless chicken |
| 1 tbsp | gingerroot |
| 1 | garlic clove |
Mixed veggies
Grate 1 tsp zest from orange
Cut orange into bit sized pieces
Mix zest, dressing, soy sauce, sugar & crushed pepper
Cook chicken in skillet for 5-6 min
Add ginger & garlic
Cook 2 mins
Add veggies
Cook 2 mins
Remove and cover
Add dressing mixture to skillet
