MED. HIGH HEAT SAUCEPAN COMBINE THE WATER, SUGARAND SALT AND BRING TO A BOIL.
ADD THE BAY LEAVES, FENNEL, CORIANDER, PEPPERCOORN, MUSTARD SEED AND CINNAMON.

DEREASE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR A BOUT 30 MIN.

ROOM TEMPERATURE AND THEN THE REFRIGERATER TILL 40*.
